Rainier, will quickly become a South Hill favorite. Enter either of the two clubhouse buildings and you’ll be welcomed into a large and airy lounge space. As you move through the lounge, you’ll notice abundant floor to ceiling windows in every room. It’s a place designed for lingering—grab an Anthem coffee at the café, let the kids play at the climbing wall, challenge your spouse to a quick game of ping pong. The Club also offers a large multi-purpose room for more private gatherings, with a pool table and large TV to watch the Seahawks games with friends and rivals alike.
If weather or preference takes your workout indoors, the state-of-the-art fitness center is there for you, equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, step climbers, Peloton bikes, a Peloton rower and a Smith Machine.
