Uplands will be home to approximately 1,000+ residences.

Uplands will have a great mix of local and national homebuilders! Our inaugural builders include Century Communities, Conner Homes, Lennar, and Richmond American Homes.

Although Century Communities and Lennar are sold out of our first phase, they will be back for phase 2, following along for updates.

Uplands will not be a gated community.

Pricing is anticipated to be from the high $600,000s to over $900,000.

Our clubhouse opened January 2026! Residents will be given two key fobs per household to access private areas, including the pool and fitness center. The pool is now open for the summer!

Yes, residents and registered tenants will be able to rent a space in The Club at Uplands for a private event. Please contact the HOA at uplandswa@coherelife.com for more information.

Yes, Uplands South Hill Homeowners Association will maintain the community common areas, amenities, and oversee architectural guidelines. The monthly cost is $250/month with the capital contribution of $500 upon closing.
