Uplands will be home to approximately 1,000+ residences.

Uplands will have a great mix of local and national homebuilders! Our inaugural builders include Century Communities, Conner Homes, Lennar, and Richmond American Homes.

Uplands will not be a gated community.

We expect Uplands home designs to be ready soon!

Pricing is anticipated to be from the mid $500,000s to over $900,000.

Our clubhouse and central park have broken ground and are expected to open in 2026. Residents will be given two key fobs, per household, to access private areas including the pool and fitness center.

Yes, Uplands South Hill Homeowners Association will maintain the community common areas, amenities, and oversee architectural guidelines. HOA costs are expected to start from $125/month in 2025. Capital contribution at closing for 2025 will be $250. In 2026 the monthly cost is expected to increase to $250/month with the capital contribution of $500 upon closing.
