Tarragon has selected Century Communities, Conner Homes, Lennar, and Richmond American Homes to step up and build our first phase of new homes at Uplands. These four builders are trusted names in the Pacific Northwest area and have the experience to deliver homes that are up to our standards here at Uplands.

Planting roots near Puyallup in the South Hill area, these homes will be centrally located in Pierce County. The intentional and innovative design of the individual homes and the community overall will be a big draw for homebuyers. The diverse home types at Uplands will offer something for everyone, with unique plans to fit unique lifestyles. The initial phase of single-family homes at Uplands will include 110 acres of sloped terrain in South Hill, with an additional 173 acres still to come and under development. Home sizes initially will range from 2,200-3,500 SF. When all is said and done, Uplands will be a robust community of more than 1,000 homes that seamlessly integrate into the natural environment.
