Meet Kerstin, our Community Life Director at Uplands! With more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations and community engagement, she’s passionate about creating meaningful connections and bringing neighbors together through memorable events and experiences. Outside of work, Kerstin enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and making every community she serves feel like home.
Cally is our Community Engagement & Communications Coordinator. She leads communications, community events, lifestyle programming, and engagement initiatives that help foster connection throughout the neighborhood. Cally brings a background in education, communications, and business operations, with experience creating meaningful experiences that strengthen communities and enhance the resident experience. In her spare time, she sings with Seattle Pro Musica, performs around Puget Sound, and will pet every dog that comes across her path.

Stephanie has been happily married to her teenage sweetheart for over 30 years and is the proud mom of three grown children and grandmother to three amazing grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything she does. When she’s not spending time with her loved ones, you’ll find her diving into a good book, watching the latest true crime documentary, or relaxing at the beach, her favorite place to recharge. Stephanie brings warmth, kindness, and a genuine love for connecting with others to every interaction, making her a perfect ambassador for the Uplands community.
Kailyn is passionate about continuous growth and is always looking for ways to learn and improve, whether it’s in her health, professional career, or education. She values the people in her life and strives to be someone others can count on. Curious by nature, Kailyn enjoys asking questions, understanding all sides of a situation, and making thoughtful, informed decisions. Her caring heart, dedication, and eagerness to learn make her a wonderful part of the Uplands ambassador team.
Cynthia is the proud mom of two wonderful boys and treasures every moment spent with family and friends. She believes music is the best kind of therapy and always has the perfect soundtrack for any occasion. Her current motto? “It’s fine. I’m fine. Everything is fine.” And these days, she’s fully embracing her rainbows and butterflies era, choosing joy, positivity, and making the most of every day.
